Hadoop is an open-source big data ecosystem that we have used in Skai.
We're amidst an extensive project of deprecating Hadoop and replacing different parts of this ecosystem with other platforms & tools. For example, Snowflake replaces Hive and Impala, and Databricks provides Spark clusters. While the deprecation is still in progress and existing workloads are being migrated to the new platforms, no new workloads should be developed on Hadoop.
