Terraform is an open-source Infrastructure-as-Code tool to manage cloud resources. However, unlike Pulumi, it is declarative and not well-adopted among developers, preventing them from fully owning their cloud resources.
In Skai, we've been using Terraform for various resources management. However, we're slowly deprecating it in favor of Pulumi so that it will manage all new cloud resources.
